Yes we do, your goods are insured based on the value you declare. We organise a detailed inventory during the packing process that is accepted by our underwriters. We can offer comprehensive insurance for professional packed items, including a ‘new for old’ replacement cause. For homeowner packed items, we offer a basic insurance based on cubic meterage or weight value. We would always recommend opting for our professional packing services to qualify for our comprehensive insurance.
Depending on where you are is one the largest factors for how long a relocation takes, as it determines the container shipment timescale. Our shortest relocations can take under a month from North America, whereas our longest relocations from Australasia can be up to three months depending on the route of the ship.
As much or as little as you want! We typically specialise in full container load shipments, to give you an idea, a ‘medium’ furnished 3 bedroom house typically contains enough items to fill a 20ft container, whereas a ‘heavily’ furnished 5 bedroom house could have enough items to fill a 40ft container. On occasion, with very large moves, some of our customers have had more than one container too.

If your relocation demands collection and delivery dates that are very fixed, we will always try to work to them. The best way to accommodate this is to build contingency into the process and timescales so that there is enough of a buffer that your dates are hit, even if plans change.
